1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any DHOS service — including our website, Health ATM kiosks, telemedicine platform, AI diagnostics tools, and analytical dashboards — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Dandamudi Health Office Services Pvt. Ltd. ("DHOS", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of India.
2. Description of Services
DHOS provides a suite of healthcare technology solutions, including but not limited to: • Health ATM Kiosks — self-service diagnostic devices offering 60+ health tests. • Telemedicine — remote medical consultations connecting patients with licensed physicians. • E-Pharmacy — digital prescription fulfillment and medicine delivery. • E-Diagnostics — lab-quality diagnostic testing and result delivery. • AI Implementation — artificial intelligence tools for health screening and risk analysis. • Analytical Dashboard — population health monitoring and insights for healthcare administrators. All medical advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions provided through DHOS telemedicine are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals conducting those consultations. DHOS acts as a technology platform and does not practice medicine.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use DHOS services independently. Minors may use Health ATM kiosks and telemedicine services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of this information.
4. Medical & Health Disclaimer
DHOS services are intended to supplement, not replace, professional medical care. Results from Health ATM kiosks and AI-assisted screening tools are for informational and screening purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice. In the event of a medical emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number immediately. DHOS does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual results may vary based on a range of personal health factors.
5. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify DHOS immediately at contact@dhos.co.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. DHOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, technology, trademarks, and materials available through DHOS services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of DHOS or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use DHOS services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on another's rights. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of DHOS systems or networks. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of DHOS services. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without prior written permission. • Misrepresent your identity or provide false health information.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of DHOS services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data. DHOS complies with applicable Indian data protection legislation, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and relevant healthcare data regulations.
9. Payments & Refunds
Fees for DHOS services, including diagnostic tests and telemedicine consultations, are displayed at the point of purchase. All payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. Technical failures resulting in incomplete service delivery will be eligible for a full refund or service credit. Completed medical consultations are generally non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DHOS and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. DHOS's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to DHOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
DHOS services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. DHOS also offers arbitration as an alternative to litigation for qualifying disputes, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13. Changes to These Terms
DHOS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of DHOS services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
